About Us
- The Laser Center of Moultrie was conceived in the fall of 2003 and born in early 2004. The impetus for its formation came from Dr. Adcock’s patients who requested laser services close to home.
- An OB-GYN practice is a perfect fit for laser services for women. In one stop you can receive state of the art care for your obstetric and gynecological needs, as well as state of the art laser services for hair removal, facial rejuvenation, and other cosmetic needs. And although we pride ourselves on our care of women, we are able to meet the laser needs of all members of the family!
- Our laser center is run by Dr. Adcock’s sister, Elaine A. Barber, M.D. Many of you may know Elaine from the years she spent as one of Moultrie’s orthopaedic surgeons. Retiring from the practice of medicine in the fall of 2003, she now dedicates her working hours to The Laser Center.
- You may wonder what we do here at the laser center. More than you probably suspect! We have two lasers and a microdermabrasion machine. We offer chemical peels, a complete line of skin care products (including anti-aging products), and a line of mineral make-up (which is good for the skin). We are ready and willing to help you look your very best!
